Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956 is a British Canadian actress from Canada. She is most well-known for her part as Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Award nominations and the four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the most outstanding supporting actress. She reprised the role in the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). She is also known for her roles in the movies Porky's and Porky's from 1980 as well as her role in Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin. Kim Cattrall is most often associated with her popular HBO sitcom Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones.
